I've a problem with intersango. I cannot get information on my SEPA transfer from Intersango from 2 weeks ago, and the money is not in my account. When I click on the withdraw information (which was difficult to find, by the way), it says There is no other information!

The support page (https://support.intersango.com/) does not load. It always says for many days (more than a week) now:
