You COULD have problem but in most cases you DON'T if you buy RAM with same latency and frequency.. I telling you this from my experience i had RAM from three different manufacturer (Kingston A-DATA and G.SKILL) and they work perfectly on same frequency with same latency but it is NOT recommended to do that because you could have BSOD or so..
