Hmm, development seems to be really on a roll here..
3 commits ever, no significant update since initial upload.
What are you guys all talking about?

Answering myself: This is apparently the main repository: https://github.com/jl777/libjl777
What is it for? How is this connected to SuperNET and BTCD?
Has anybody ever went through this?

That is James' libjl777 code that is being currently developed and integrated into the BTCD core.

The current btcd repo only has a few commits, as someone pointed out. This is because we are using separate repos for active development, and will update the official repo once the new wallet is done.

is the wallet close to beta?

Yes.

Can you give Estimated time?

Difficult for me to say exactly, but not too long. I am working basically full-time on this project now. If you've read the forums much, you'll know that I successfully implemented libjl777 into BTCD itself last week. This was a huge and essential step.

As far as my work now, I am doing some minor (but not unimportant!) tweaks and trying to compile everything under Windows, which is really quite a bit harder than it sounds.

James is working hard as well, trying to finish superNET api.

He posted this a few days ago:

P.S. for those who understand some coding, you know how hard it is to have small amounts of code do a lot of things, let along doing amazing things and you will not the long distance calling is not there yet. So, this I must do for SuperNET, then we get SuperTeleport! Not just teleporting BTCD to any other BTCD node, but BTCD to ANY node in the SuperNET. Isnt that worth a week or even two delay?

You can see from the libjl777 repo that the functionality is really done. I integrated it into BTCD. Building under Windows is, of course, the next logical step, and as the quote says, James is now expanding libjl777 to all of superNET, which takes some extra time but will be totally worth it.

It's a hectic time for all of us, believe me. We want to complete this project as much as the community wants it. You won't see me much on the forums because I am usually working. We will all rest easier once this is all delivered!
