Quark 0.9.2 Test4 available

This release adds Quark mining and the mining UI settings to the Quark 0.9.2 core.

The built-in miner has been tested and the wallet has also been tested with the sgminer GPU miner.

If no major issues are found in this release then this should be the final 0.9.2 test release before this branch is merged into the main Quark branch.

Thanks for all the feedback received from testers.

Note: Remember to backup your Quark wallet and data directories before updating.

and remember i'll be conveying to all real Quark supporters the reason the price has jumped has been becasue our little banks sponsors have stopped selling on the market for two reasons:

1. they were running out of powder

2. they are trying to give that away to gain members to try to fork Quark
