Hi, not sure what you mean by "3$" but the best way you can buy bitcoins with paypal (without trading with somebody) is VirWox. I can vouch for them. You can deposit money into the account with PayPal then convert it to Second Life Currency and then finally bitcoin.

They do charge a somewhat high fee but it helped me get bitcoins back in the day. Hope that helps!
