20k isn't the bottom anymore. Minimum to buy is around that price but lower is just lucky buy orders getting filled. Don't let them recharge!

I have some buy-orders and also bought active. Don't understand why someone sells this low. But... I like it. ;-)

I know what they are trying. They want to get back in lower, so to take the profit and buy more NEOS to sell NEOS at a higher profit. 20k is the low, everything below that is just a try to get back in cheaper. Keep that in mind

I don't believe it. Because whoever sold 5000 Neos around 17k knew, that he wouldn't get them back that low. I think, there are some holding a lot of Neos who are impatient and/or not informed about the progress and what's coming. I really bought to every price and sold nothing so far.

If you have 500 NEOS above 21k and 500 at19k that you sold then you would have to buy back 1k below 20k to buy back and have more coins, you might get it now.

To understand the principle is not the problem. ;-) But if you look at the chart and the volume at Bittrex, you will see: The person who sold 5000 Neos around 17k could not buy back this low or even lower. And maybe the selling was just one person. And then he would have sold more than 10000 Neos. And all lower than 20k mostly lower than 19k, some around 16k.
