3. When the block is solved ONLY that pool gets THAT block reward
4. That block reward is usually divided based on how much hashing power is supplied. If one miner on that pool supplies 99% of the power..he gets 99% of the rewards, the other blind idiots split, the remiaing 1%. NO OTHER POOLS SHARE THAT BLOCK. THE MORE HASH POWER A POOL HAS IN TOTAL, THE MORE CHANCE IT HAS OF GETTING MORE BLOCKS.
