My wife works manages events at a local hotel, she gets a rundown that tells her what happens when from the coordinator. she does not know their field or what the conference is about. so saying they dont have any urea based conferences in the next few months is a bologna statement. Feel free to email their event staff or sales staff and get a response, or record a call which does not use the word cunt gratuitiously. you should ask them what time the even on the 29th starts and confirm the full name its registered under.

Those are customer reviews. Real travel ratings guides were published by mobile back in the day. Every country is different and they all use different services for vetted star ratings. Customer reviews are nice but they don't classify hotels under star ratings, all they do is give you an idea of their experience at the hotel.
A 5 star hotel is still a 5 star hotel despite a 1 star rating truthful might give the hotel. However, lately some hotels are actually putting a clause in their rental agreements that if you badmouth their establishment you'll face a fee.
