So 13.09 is public beta of the OS. When can we expect public launch?

That is totally dependent on the results of the testing. We expect it to be very soon after.
We want to get FibreOS out ASAP but it has to be bug free as some will be using this as their primary wallet.
If you have any doubts!! Just look at how much we have delivered in such a short space of time. Most new coins die off after a month, Fibre is thriving.
