Oh, another scam 
to help Ukrainian soldiers involved in anti-terrorist operation, and share objective information from the conflict zone
In case if you have no idea, mobilization or any usage of armed forces to deal with internal affairs is directly prohibited by ukrainian constitution. The only exception is possible in case of official declaration of the emergency state, which didn't happen. In simpler words, by donating any funds you're helping them to commit another anti-constitutional crime.
