FWIW I was also contacted by coffeecoin who told me testcoin was now managing, and testcoin who asked details about the fork situation. I asked both of them to post here about it rather than in private messages. Have not heard back since, so I cannot say anything more.

I will wait upon github update or further developments here by aforementioned parties.
