3. integrate block explorer into wallet

Improving the wallet for Tips can be a good sign the coin will live. Plus this can be carried over once changes are made, i.e. POS, reduced # of coins, etc.
Development fund in tips can be raised to who ever volunteers to make a new wallet, given they have the rep and reliability.

Still requires an outside server, so that would still cost the same.
I will hopefully donate the needed amount if things go as planned for me financially, need 2-3 weeks time. I can then keep this running for a while. icanprogram you didn't really comment on the TiPS 2.0 proposal, what do you think? how much work would this need?
