I don't have any experience of this type of campaign either, but I find myself having to pay out this month's payments.
I don't know how to do it other than to follow the rules that everyone agreed to.This might be different if this was an ongoing campaign (it is all but certain to not be one) and an exception could be made to keep the advertisers happy and wish to stay for longer periods of time, or if this was dooglus's money, but it is not.
It is simple that he broke the rules (very clearly) therefore payment if forfeited.
What I think happened is that hdbuck assumed that dooglus would put little effort into managing the campaign because it is not his money nor his company on the line and was trying to exploit what is likely a flaw in the way the asicminer checks for signatures.
