A video is probably the stand-out element on a home page. It needs to be done properly. There are companies that will make an animated (fun, if desired) explainer video. I thought the devs were going to invest some of their ico funds on things like marketing. Of course if someone has the skill and time and wants to help that's great, but I don't think it should be made by a kid with imovie effects after a small neos bounty ;-) Hopefully some BTC is going to be pumped into things like this...
