Q: what is the miner's current price?
Single miner price: 0.79 bitcoins;
Single miner's hash power: between 800-850GH/s;

Q: Do you provide any warranty?

First, within 72 hours, for non-artificial damage on the hardware, we provide replacement service. Buyers bear the freight charges.

Second, within 90 days, for non-artificial damage on the hardware, we provide warranty service. Buyers bear the freight charges.

Third, if the miners are broken between 90 days and 180 days, we provide money to cover the fixing costs . Buyers bear the freight charges.

Fourth, our company provides redundancy ratio of hash power for large orders, but for the redundant part there is no warranty.

Clients who bought miners from the agents can communicate the warranty problems with the agents, the company will have further communications with the agents.

Q: which shipping company do you use, how long can I receive the miner?
A: we use SF Express with "freight collect", it requires clients to pay the freight charges when receiving the miner.
We ship the miners within 48 hours once clients ordered and paid the money. For most of the cities in China it takes 2-4 working days to arrive.

Q: can your miner be used to mine Litecoin(LTC)?
A: no, our miners are only used to mine the digital currencies of the SHA-256 algorithm.

The hash power of the miner is the average value within the period of time. If you have diifficulty with a mining pool, restart the Ethernet controller or connect to different mining pools to see if the  hash power will have changes.

Q: why the efficiency of one or two board is less than 90%?
The hash power of a single board may fluctuate, you should observe the average hash power for a long time. The hash power board is sensitive to the external conditions such as temperature, voltage, and the chips got the influence of encapsulation and pasted, therefore there are tiny differences, these differences may be cumulative, resulting in a lower hash rate.

Q: why there are "crack" sounds when the miner is working, the chip surface has burst with smoke?
This is chip burst, chips have bubbles that exist in the process of encapsulation and mounting, heat cannot conduct to the radiator, leading to the chip burst. Single chip bursting does not affect the other chips, it just leads to a loss of one chip's hash power of about 9.6G. If the frequency of a single board is running in the 270M range, and total hash power is less than 180G, it can be replaced for free.

Q: can I purchase the whole machine? Is it more expensive?

Q: Can I mine in f2pool.com ?
miner can't directly mine in f2pool.com. If you want to mine there, you need a PC or a raspberry PI through a proxy, the controller needs to use a proxy to connect to the pool. Users can download the bfgminer software.

Q: what to do when Ghash is down or any other pools are down?
