I will only post that a website is fraudulent if sufficient proof is present.
First example:
Will be added to evil list.
http://www.coinfinance.com/news/dicebitco-in-unmasked-as-a-scam-as-casino-steals-over-3-million is sufficient proof.
Second example:
Link leads to primedice which are pretty solid. Unless you can bring more evidence of malpractice, I will not include them in the evil list.
