Before I contact an escrow I need to know how many people want to sign up
Its not about how many people want to sign up but how much you can afford or are willing to pay. There will be hundreds of people wanting to sign up so figure out how much you want to spend then send that money to a trusted escrow.
Cloudbet and Primedice are closing doors, so there will be plenty of people willing to enter.
PrimeDice paid 35 BTC for the campaign two months ago, if no limits about how many people can join, I guess the same payout would not be hard to happen.
