and if they reply saying they helped HMRC decide on the VAT 'out of scope' and asset status decision, that is a lie.. check my post history in 2012-2013 legal section about UK tax, i have been in contact with HMRC and been spouting about it nearly a year before these guys went on a london tour that involved tourists getting to have their photo taken outside number 10 downing street,

and guess what the biggest joke about that 10 downing street photo publicity FUD stunt is.. HMRC dont make decisions at 'number 10'.. yes i laughed seeing their FUD attempt at fame.
