Why? They'll take their profit selling S4s (otherwise who will buy it if you can simply and inexpensively upgrade your S2 to 1.8-2 Th as BITMAIN promised?), and then, when they'll sell out S4s, probably they will sell S2 upgrade kits. I think so.
