What are the benefits of the polish ip and phone then?
fraud ofc. verify paypal(or other payment system), send dirty money and cashout.
instead of 'original sealed bank envelopes' it should be ' original WBK envelopes sealed by me'.

The question was: IF the cashout is always made outside Poland, what's the benefit of using a polish ip and number.
I'd say the ip and phone are pointless.
People talk a lot about fraud with these cards but I can't understand why they're more appealing for fraudsters.
Maybe it's my lack of imagination for crime idk.
In another thread someone posted that these could be used to fill up a tank of gas without paying. I'd never thought about that and even now I can't understand how that's possible.
Like I said, I don't have enough imagination (or time) to be a criminal.
