Further to this, here's one of the articles he wrote on devtome (username samkary, has link in article), about devcoins in africa:
http://devtome.com/doku.php?id=how_i_spent_my_devcoins_in_africa. As you all know we're not a charity, and he's earned his shares the same as everyone else, but it pleases me greatly that we can have this sort of impact on people's lives. It's a really inspirational story, and I encourage everyone to read it to see what your support of devcoins is actually doing in the far flung reaches of the world ... It doesn't matter where in the world people come from; having a passion for writing, creating, and programming for the good of all, doesn't necessarily mean they will have local options to make the best use of their raw talents, enough to draw an income from. We're providing a platform for people with these talents but without opportunity, and those who would support them to meet, and I am humbled to be a part of something that could improve the lives of potentially so many people.
Nicely put.
Looks good. I probably forget sometimes to look at it all from the viewpoint of somebody who doesn't yet know anything about Devcoin - so more perspectives from fresh eyes is great.
