I am still a bit confused about the problems users are having with melotic, but that's not a big deal anymore because.....

The trading volume is quite low at the moment, Melotic is still slighty better, several traders didn't move to Poloniex.
Poloniex is for sure the more well known/experienced exchange, but melotic has proven to be reliable, and from what I have heard, they have a good team behind them.
Also a lot of people still don't know that they can trade LTBcoin at Poloniex, it will be interesting to see where people unload their weekly dividends in a few days.
