My datacenter hosting costs included everything. Needless to say, the datacenter I was using had not dealt with Bitcoin miners in the past, so they had no clue that I would use as much power as I did. They were not charging me enough and were losing money on the deal.
After this experience, I also think that using a datacenter for mining is not a great idea because datacenter costs are just too high. Miners don't need access to things like redundant power and internet, and those items just increase costs.
The most efficient mining setups I've seen just consist of a big bare bones warehouse with access to adequate enough cooling to keep the hardware from failing and a lot of cheap power.
Datacenters are WAY overkill for mining.
