According to your text this is innovative because of Dice + Poker combination?

- PocketRocketsCasino - offers poker, dice and blackjack
- Betcoin - offers poker, a full casino and sportsbook
- nitrogensports - offers poker and sportsbook
- Seals - offers poker and even a "dice" game through the lobby chat bot

I don't think it's that innovative.

You might also underestimate how hard it is to get a poker site active. I have seen almost all new bitcoin poker sites close after a few months in the last 1-2 years. The problem is that for dice it's ok to have 5 players online in the beginning, but with poker they play against each other so you need a much bigger user base.

Then 50 BTC for 30%? I understand the bankroll has to handle variance. So does this mean you will match up ~100 BTC for the 70%? Or will 50 BTC be the whole bankroll?

Because the software (with that crappy Maven poker software) or "idea" itself is not worth 166 BTC (50/30*100)

Also the whole "investors" idea in dice sites is technically wrong. It is not really investing. I can remove my "investment" from PRC, dice.ninja, or whatever at any time I want. It's just providing bankroll - not investing. You might want to explain how this will work on your site. Can I remove my "bankroll contribution" at any time I want?

Good luck though.

I'm deeply sorry about the delayed response. I'll try my best to touch on all your points.

Somewhat true - As of right now each site you listed hasn't integrated the games fluidly and therefore doesn't solve the problem we're trying to. Besides just hosting both games we offer many features that are going to be exclusive to our site. We're not trying to reinvent the wheel - Simply improve on what's already available.

Thank you for raising this point. I forgot to add in a section which addresses this exact problem. Without going into too much detail we have a system in place that will allow us to partner up with another site outside the BTC/LTC community and 'merge' our poker clients. By doing this we guarantee at least some activity as my partner is a major player in his niche market. These players will be sufficient as building blocks and will prevent us from suffering the same fate as our predecessors.

That is correct 50 BTC for 30% equity. The 50 BTC will be the entire bankroll.

Another good point - Investors will receive dividends weekly. There will be a page where investors can follow their investment along. Since this is a long term investment opportunity, Investors who wish to divest will need to provide 48 hour notice.

Thank you so much for answering these questions, I greatly appreciate it
