there is also this

http://www.amazon.com/Conntek-Generator-Adapter-Locking-Connector/dp/B002E1YOQ4/ref=sr_1_40?ie=UTF8&qid=1411174564&sr=8-40&keywords=220v+adapter+dryer

also a version of this with diff 220v plug at the other end from the dryer outlet...can't find a pic but they exist

There are similar cords designed for RVs, yes, but they don't have multiple outlets nor do they have the right outlets. This is purpose built. Trust me, if i could have just grabbed that off the shelf, I would have.

yeah no issues..just thought the thread was important for various options...stuff like this exists..had more then 1 person say they had no options ..and used to have
the links to post them to such adapters (even if temp use say till they got an electrician in for their miner arrival)

your setup looks just fine to me! by the by

anyway..options options

Ah if there are already ones out there, i would be interested to find them. While I made these to power S1s, I thought more people might be interested in them because of the huge power draw from single units such as with the SP30 (or 35, whatever). The 2500 watts needed will trip any standard household circuit in the US.

no issues yours works just fine.... I was gonna get one just in case but just said screw it and just wired in 2 regular 220v plugs from the panel....one I will use for my NO ROI KNC Titan 1st batch (there is a 5k loss on a toy probably) the other as a spare in case I got another home miner (which seems unlikely in that home minng imho is dead at least at my 15c/kwh rate)

anyway sure someone will trip over this thread looking for a temp or perm fix and go "VIOLA!"

options options

my setup below with a 188 buck sam's club shop workbench and 220v ISO bar european plug type surge protector and 120v isobar surge protector

WTF over kill but ...works fine for my KNC 550v Jupiter (120v) and the 220v I plan to use on the Titan and any other spare

the rack below is standard shelving (Menard's)

all the pics below with the isobar stuff .....the works

whatever the Triplite ISOBAR 220v and 120v isobars are the most important...for piece of mind they are very very slick

anyway off topic...but the adapters are probably fine the surge protector is a big deal also get one imho.
