Can someone else who is having the SP30 hosted at Spond tell me if they have remote access to their machine?
I was always under the impression I would be able to make my own changes to pool info etc, but alas it appears that I have to use email and ask Spond techies to do it (when they can/have time/feel like it). Not the most ideal situation IMHO.

If the customer insists, we're giving VPN and VLAN access to his/her machines. We don't monitor the machines afterwards.
Configuring remote access is an hassle for us and we try to avoid it. We don't simply do NAT forwarding, to protect other customers machines in case of unknown security breach in the firmware (eg
heartbleed which we had and solved)
It's not an ideal solution.
We lack the resources to solve it in a better way (for example, cloud mirroring of the machines UI)
