1 BTU/hr = 0.29307107 W. It does not matter what the application is that consumed the watts and produced heat in the form of BTU/hr.

Fans definitely will not be enough for this much heat.  This is more heat then an outdoor gas grill. I should be fine, you can buy used 5 ton cooling units for around $3000.
You are completely confused.  Don't even think about attempting this.  It won't work.  You can't AC miners.  You must blow the heat into the atmosphere with a fan.  If you attempt to use AC, you are going to be stunned how much energy you will consume.  It's not engineering, it's physics.
