This version comes with:

1. Transform Block pacing security from POS to POW to have same protection level.

2. Configurable destination address for change, generated in send transactions. Especially useful for pools and exchanges, to eliminate the wallet bloat.
    Can be set in diamond.conf as a parameter.

PoW reactivation will happen in about a week time - 27/28 September - block 577850; until then it's business as usual.
