I'm pretty sure weselldoges.com helps Doge's value increase a lot. when it got introduced here to be used to buy capt, their stock ran out they said they got unusually huge amount of buyers. I guess those buyers are the capt community who wanna exchange it to capt. And when i started using their service, doge=30sat now doge=70sat and no sign of dropping.
do it while only few altcoin can be bought directly via paypal (actually only doge does?) It will help capt a lot
Aside from the obvious, buying capt directly through paypal is nice for investors. It can also be used around to buy other altcoin via paypal indirectly by exchanges so yeah it will definitely increase the demand of captcoin. And add to that, captcoin supply only from holders now so capt's value shall be forever increasing if we have that kind of service.

Each investor/contributor will be holding a piece of captcoin.com. There are thousands of CAPTcoin holders and forum members. Even if only 1000 members contribute $5, its $5000. It could be a good start. From time to time, it could raise more as per requirement. Later on, as it grows it could get registered as LLP or a company.
(And probably it could go for IPO like recent alibaba.

)you both have a very good idea, developers and teams should consider this, the development should be done in all aspects, so CaptCoin can be used by everyone and not die like others
The first point has been discussed here before. Problems are:
- PayPal payments can be reverted, so whoever runs that site will be victim of several scams.
- It's against PayPal ToS, so they won't help fighting those scams, and they may block the account, even with funds available.
