While buying from the manufacturer / main supplier is probably best (if you can swing it), eyeboot at least is hardly 'new'.  They've been around for a very long time and are probably as reputable as they get.  I've only seen two complaints about them pass by on these forums, one of which appears to be retracted and the other was about lack of communication, but that person never responded in the thread either.
