There are around 50 people working on BTM, so there isn't one specific dev However, BTM looks like BTC evolved in a sense. It's also strongly driven by community spirit without being focused solely on monetary gains. I can therefore imagine Satoshi Nakamoto giving an appreciative nod to BTM should he be aware of the project, but being part of the dev team? I doubt it (would be extremely cool though)
