Every 2 minutes, we send a DOGE transaction using the DRAW No. as the sending amount. (i.e. for DRAW No. 1409170093, the sending amount would be 14.09170093 DOGE.) AND we use the transaction hash as the draw result.
As the transaction hash is generated by the DOGE network, and everyone could easily check for this transaction once the DOGECOIN is sent. And it is absolutely provably fair, NOT ONLY for the players, BUT ALSO for the investors! There is no way that the site owner could steal any COINS from the investment any more!

I'm not sure if you are serious. You pick the transaction ID, not the network, and so this is wide open to cheating.
Please do a little research before "improving" on provable fairness.

Could you please kindly do a little research on our rules before you judge our project?
Firstly, we never 'pick' the transaction ID by ourselves, we are using the transation ID that we made b/w 2 doge addresses every 2 mins. You could easily find out the transation ID immediately once the transation is done, and its shown in 'DRAW' tab.
Secondly, we are using the DRAW No. as the sending amount to make sure every draw is unique and its the only transaction we made every 2 mins.
