The phase 1 seems a little bit complicated or at least I wasn't able
to understand how it goes by reading it only once.
Maybe having a flow chart that shows the redemption process in steps could be useful
and will be more clear and understandable.
We will definitely make sure the instructions are as clear as possible. Don't worry, we are going to do everything we can to make it simple and easy to follow.
