I am suffering from some stupid decisions in life that put me in situations of higher risk and thus now am blind in one eye, have an (supposedly incurable) infection which usually results in head and throat cancer and autoimmunity (peripheral neuropathy). I have symptoms indicating this is underway. So nature has been tough of me (but I fell lucky compared to
