they have offered me a 50% refund about a month ago which I declined. Now I've been banned from their forum and they won't respond to my emails.. Any other Belgians with the same problem perhaps?

How can this still happen in 2014, all of their assets should have been frozen by now and a search warrent should be on their heads!
