The promotion is:

Buyers of the first round (16th August to 26th August) will receive 0.05BTC coupon for each miner purchased (Each set of 10 will give 0.5BTC coupon, each hashing board will give 0.0125BTC coupon) (One coupon per miner. Expiry date: 30th September 2014)
The second round (26th August to 6th September) is currently in progress. Buyers before the new price adjustment on 1st September will receive the refund on the difference between new price and the old price. Refunds will be sent towards the address used for payment.
