The BTC on a p2pool node are sent on the BTC address given as the user 'argument'; So the BTC are available as soon as they are mined, and you must see your BTC address on the p2pool reward list. The mined BTC are also visible while your are using your bitcoin wallet: bitcoin-cli listtransactions (using the standard client)
