Hmm,

1. The amounts yet need not be large.
2. Look at the list of escrow, not everyone has the trust feedback.

Show us some, who don't have trust and he is successful.

The escrow list isn't a definitive list and in my personal opinion he shouldn't be listed on there at all, but anyone could be put ton there as the op of that threads discretion. If people were using him as an escrow though he would've had lots of feedback but looks like people haven't been using him.
