I don't think it changes the fundamental problem with your site.

Do I have this right?

1) players have around 2 minutes to place their bets
2) you send an amount of DOGE to yourself, where the amount is based on the round number
3) the transaction ID completely determines the deal, and so completely determines who wins and loses

If so, here's the problem:

"the transaction hash is generated by the DOGE network"

The problem with that line is that it is false.

I can place some bets on your site, and you can make me win or lose them as you like. I don't see how that would help me change my mind about the fact that your site is NOT provably fair for players or investors, and that in fact you can decide exactly what cards everyone gets every hand.

If you don't believe me, let's play a game.

I'll send you 100k DOGE to an address of your choice. If the transaction ID begins with 888 (that's a 1-in-4096 chance), you send me 2000 times as much back. That's over a 50% house edge for you, only paying out 2000x for a 1-in-4096 shot. Let's hope "the DOGE network" is kind to me when it picks my transaction ID!
