When you have the CFO of the company personally looking at your case you should not be worried. This is what happened according to Marco.
Roughly the following happened: User bought hashpower, got a couple of payouts, then opened a ticket to get a refund. Support asked several times for a refund address. When team got the refund address the user was reimbursed (already about a week ago).
