Hired the guy for our API, the deal is as follows:
1. 75$ deposit up to the first field test of our API (patterned after reddapi https://www.reddapi.com/docs/rest/v1/),
2. another 75$ for the second release after bug fixing when the first tests are done.
3. then the last 150$ when the final release is given, support for 90days for other bugs. (bugs, not extension of capability or revision of API)
4. ETA for the initial field tests October 15, 2014. (conservative 3 weeks projection)
