Well, I think I know what is going on here. I'm thankful for tx42, the dev, all the people who have helped, and I will be staying far away from CCEX!!

Bittrex, nor any other exchanges were affected. Bottom line, C-Cex dropped the ball, whether or not it was intentional, that will never be known, but the ball was dropped. Own up to it and quit blaming the devs.
