So, I'm guessing that if you want to go over 382, you'd need to compile your own cgminer.

Yeap...that's right...382MHz max...
But you will need to compile / create your OWN "Zeus DRIVER", ...not the cgminer itself...
it is their custom IP...I guess...so - forget it...IMHO
