I have changed the pool : its seems the titan doesn't like clevermining.
So I'am pointing the Titan at my WDC pool and its very stable : 260 MH/s + (underclocked @ 250mhz)

I think it's been established already that multipools don't like the Titan. They can't handle the hash for some reason.
i've noticed no miner likes clevermining...i always have lower reported hash there then anywhere else with multipule different units too
I found Multipool to be pretty good,with in hand hardware mining,you can choose your coin by the port # & they're fair on the fee's & payouts are on time & pool uptime is great
