My chips for HEX4M are in Sophia for a month now and I cannot get any answer from you. Last message shows it was delivered to broker, but no updates since then. My order is still shown as unpaid (shall be paid by chips).

I am very worried as I don't know what is happening and if you have received or going to receive chips for my order.
