I believe the claims are being done as part of the portion that was set aside for dev premine as the team wanted to keep the bulk in cold storage. So what will happen if 5% of the dev premine is used by the claims, then that amount will be taken out the cold storage wallet and put back into the dev premine. I hope that makes sense.
The last amount was around 1400(claims) I believe. Extremely hard to give away free money in the Netherlands
