givecoin was already clone of Karma that failed, Karma ofcourse was a clone of litecoin which was a clone of bitcoin... people are welcome to create more clones and succeed or fail based on their own efforts.
According to the developers it was a clone of Darkcoin -- Givecoin was always X11 from day one :p
all I can say is that I wont be leaving this coin unless it is hijacked by someone with bad intentions.
