A win win for the community but I dont understand why should james do all this and not get rewarded for it? What would be his motivation to actually make it happen ?

I can't speak for 'James' but he did just release an IPO on his SuperNET tokens on bter.com over the weekend. It raised 3,000+ BTC which only a small % actually goes in his back pocket. But if I were to guess he wants his SuperNET project to be as valuable as possible and he is leveraging some of the tools vericoin has in it's back pocket (like the relationship with moolah.io) to make his project as best as it can possibly be.

This is just a complete guess but yeah I agree with the point you're trying to make; there has to be something in this for him to have him dedicate the time to this.

thanks for you r reply. Have been very busy so I didnt see your post until now. I can share your thought about this, but will it be enough. I dont know exaclty what the motivations of james where to donate the reward to the community but I think although there are people who don't like money as much as other people, facts are that to live you need money, if james is to develop for vericoin its going to cost him time and therefore money so wont this be a bad thing in the long term?
