Including POS, is there a cap on the total number of coins?
yes under 900k, on a 4 year term.pos is like this year 1 pos 35% 776,250 total, year 2 pos 10% 853,875 , year 3 pos 4% 888,030 , year 4 896,910 pos 1%
Important to note that there will never be as many coins as that - they are theoretical maximums. In reality most people will not be staking their coins as they will be too busy trading them.
I doubt more than 20% of all coins out there will be staking at any given time - that is GOOD for the price folks
