Why is everbody convinced that launch will change anything ?
The mere fact that we launched will change nothing in terms of interest imho.

It will mean that NEM is real, for starters.
Also the mere presence of being on an exchange will attract interest.

More than 2000 Nemsters will be more interested. Strange comment Pat.
More than 1200 veteran btt members will be opening wallets and discussing it with people they know which probably include all types of programmers.
What keeps those 1200 from talking to people right now ?

once we have a white paper and all other tech details il be all over btt promoting nem. Just curious if the white paper will be released at the same time as the beta?
I was on the forum the other day and was in awe of the discussion being made by some of the devs on a particular process. I had not a clue what they were talking about. Working away behind the scenes.
Kodtycoon is right, non tech members havnt really had much to talk about. Discussion activity was high earlier on on the subject of sockpuppets, then it was high when Utopianfuture left.....then not so high talking about the logo......since then we havnt even had any abuse from trolls(apart from CFA ) to defend because I think the argument for the NEM concept was won ages ago.
People, including the tech savvy have just been waiting.....a lot of wallets are going to be opened up soon...Nxt grew with nothing like the base of people behind it like NEM.
Just because the discussion forums have been quiet of late doesnt mean to say it will continue like that....
Most people are waiting for the launch!!!!!!!!!
